Customs Brokerage & Import Services
Customs Brokerage:
Prepare customs documentation and ensure that shipments meet all applicable laws to facilitate the import of goods. We determine and track duties and taxes payable and process payments on behalf of you the client. In addition we can arrange for the neccesary permits and license required for the import process.
Commercial And Residential Importation:
Imports are foreign goods bought by residents of a country. Residents include citizens, businesses, and the government. It doesn't matter what the imports are or how they are sent. They can be shipped, sent by mail, or even hand-carried in personal luggage on a plane. If they are produced in a foreign country and sold to domestic residents, they are imports.
We assist in all areas of the import process, offering customs clearance of full container load (FCL), less than a container load (LCL) and even passenger hand carry items, motor vehicles, heavy equipment, machinery and earthmoving equipments. Whether it came via ocean freight or airfreight, it's commerical or residential we can handle it all. We welcome come special projects and temporary imports as well. ( Returning resident, trade shows , movie props and equipment clearance to list a few )

An export is a function of international trade whereby goods produced in one country are shipped to another country for future sale or trade. One of our role / service is freight forwarding and our responsiblity as a freight forwarder is that we organizes shipments for individuals or corporations to get goods or personal effect from the manufacturer / home or producer to a market, customer or final point of distribution.
Again, we can assist in the processing and exporting of your commercial product or residential items.
Ocean Export Service
Gordon's Agencies (JA) Ltd. offers ocean export services for all types cargo to many oversea destinations. Our company utilizes all the major ocean carriers to offer our customers a variety of ocean freight service options, we offers full container load (FCL ) and less than a container load (LCL) freight services on a weekly basis from Jamaica.

From time to time licenses and permits may be required for specific goods being imported, with our wide knowledge in this area, we will advise you of the items that needs licenses and permits and also apply for them in advance for easy processing.
